Lambert Heritage Award (Chapter Award), a Presidential Award, an Expansion and Growth Award (Chapter Award), Area IV Director's Continuity Award (Chapter Award), Certificate of Recognition (Chapter Award), advisor awards for each of the three Top Teens Advisors, and a Top Teen 2nd Place Performing Arts Music Vocal Award

Guilford County Chapter of Top Ladies of Distinction, Incorporated won the 2024 Mary H. Lambert Area IV Heritage Award, and received the Area IV Submission recognition at the 42nd Leadership Conference.
